Try Alpha at Hope Iowa City
Alpha is for anyone who wants to learn more about Christianity. Whether you’re new to following Jesus or you’ve been around church for a long time but haven’t fully explored the fundamentals, Alpha is a great place to learn, grow, and connect to others! For the thousands who have taken this 9-week course at Hope, Alpha has been a remarkable experience. Explore faith questions in a relaxed, non-threatening way, and meet in a small group to talk through what you’re learning. Ask questions, learn about historically documented evidence, and explore the meaning of life!
Along with the regular classes, participants are strongly encouraged to attend the Holy Spirit Retreat held at the Hope West Des Moines campus on Saturday, Oct. 26.
Participants will meet after Sunday worship with light refreshments and childcare provided.
