Hope’s Care Team and pastors are available to provide support, encouragement, and prayer if you or a loved one are (or will be) hospitalized in the Iowa City or Des Moines areas.

Important to note: Often, once admitted to the hospital, you may be asked by hospital staff if you would like your church to be notified of your hospitalization. Please be sure to also complete the Hospital Visitation Form to ensure a member of our team is aware and can schedule a visit.
